We are preparing also practical case-studies from the following Czech companies. Join these practical sessions to get inside information on the decision making process - which was driving these firms to move from traditional project management to agile. Why they decided to use Scrum and be really agile as a company, how deep is their agile culture now, how did they change their organization structures. And last but not least, what went well, but also, what went really wrong and which obstacles they had to overcome on their way.

During those sessions, you can hear incide experiences from T-Mobile, Seznam.cz, LMC, and Direct Pojistovna:

Pavel Teichman - Agility - option or necessity? Starting Agile and Scrum at Direct Pojistovna
Ondřej Mysliveček - From waterfall to agile at LMC - business view
Tomáš Pergler - The First Steps of Scrum Implementation in Seznam.cz
Jindřich Očenášek - Starting Agile and Scrum at T-Mobile

As a part of the conference there will be a World Cafe session so everyone can join, everyone can share the experiences.

And finally, we are planning to have two blocks of Lightning talks, so if you are interested, and like to share your experiences, you are wellcome to participate. Just send us a talk proposal at call for participation page.
