As we would like to have an inspiring and interesting conference program, we decided to give everyone the opportunity to present and share his/her own experiences.

Lightning Talks

Join one of our Lightning talks sessions and give a short talk (5-10min) about any agile method, problematics or guidlines. Share with us not only what went well and what have improved using agile methods, but the failures and difficult situations as well. And if you like, you can ask the audience to help you with the given problem during one of the openspace sessions.
