Agile Business Analysis

Business Analysis has a bad name in Agile. This is mainly due to traditional analysis taking a long time to do and often getting caught in "Analysis Paralysis".

Business Analysis is actually a risk management technique. It should be used to help business investors make the right investment decisions.

Feature Injection is a set of traditional business analysis techniques that are fast, avoid analysis paralysis and deliver a comprehensive set of examples that can be used to drive a behaviour/test driven development process.

This session will introduce feature injection through a number of case studies and exercises.
