This was a creative demonstration comparing the team's feedback to a shower.

To improve your experience you need to:

loop back to better control the system
The same way you sense water temperature with your hand just below the showerhead, so that you can adjust the temperature properly.
decrease the number of processes in order to get faster feedback
Can you imagine taking shower with a 20-meter hose?
involve in double-loop learning
This means asking two crucial questions:
- 'Are we doing the thing right?' and also
- 'Are we doing the right thing?'
Only then can you be sure you are going the right way...
