Eduard Kunce

As a software engineer, Eduard started to use SCRUM back in 2003, where he was involved in a small startup company. Growing further in his career, as a team leader and manager Eduard started to promote agile & lean practices in different companies, from growing startups to mid-sized companies and big corporations with offices on multiple continents. Eduard was lucky to have an opportunity to experience Agile adoption process in one of the largest independent software providers.


Currently he works as a senior director of software engineering at CA technologies. Eduard is also a co-founder of Czech agile community Agile Association – AgilniAsociace.cz. The Association organizes regular open-café sessions, workshops, conferences and other events with a main goal to share the agile experience across companies and company cultures.

Be responsible for the product development and make your company profitable. During the game, you will experience the thrill of building the right team, establishing the effective cooperation within the team as well as communication with the customer.

You will practically experience how things can get complicated, when more teams need to cooperate. In a safe environment, you will try and test methods to better organize multiple agile teams, structure them around the product to achieve the company goals. You will experience how small decision or ineffectiveness can lead to customer dissatisfaction and financial loss.

At the end of the increment block, you’ll get a direct feedback from the customer on your final product and also some helpful communication hints & tips; which become very handy in the next part of the game.
