K V Vivek /India/ is a Project Manager and Agile Evangelist with Ericsson R&D, India. He has 12 years of experience and has worked on different roles viz programmer, software engineer, senior verification enginineer, system designer. Working with Ericsson on agile methodologies for the last 2 years has fascinated Vivek to become a fan of agile. His interest are in meeting people and sharing ideas, management and leadership learning.

Olden kingdom rules of top-down 'command and control' management approaches are still being followed in organizations, making it difficult to steer and manage today's vibrant work force. Organizations that abdicate the abstruse management comprehension of top-down approach will see their employee productivity soaring to a new high. This could be called as "Process democracy" and yes, Agile complements us with this democracy. Successfully adapting to change is crucial for any individual or organization to thrive.
