Next option you have with some sponsoring packages is to have a booth in the lobby during theconference. Well, honestly, we have seen very successful booths and also booths that failedmiserably. The key to have attractive seem to be in interactive content. If you have just gadgetsand papers, people will probably pass by your booth not looking. But if you have something thatdrives engagement, people will be interested a lot. This includes contests, logical/mathematicalriddles for small prices, interactive applications or hardware, simply anything that will makepeople stop and play.
Most underestimated is the chance to have a case study during the program. Trust us, this is yourpot of gold and it only depends on you, how you use it. On average you can expect over 50participants in your session, who will listen to your message, ask questions and becomeinterested in what you do. Get the best speakers and best presentations to make the biggestimpact. Don’t underestimate the power and impact you can have, the effort you put into thepreparation pays off multiple times.
