Full Agile Prague Week 2017

The Agile Prague conference is the first event of our ‘Full Agile Prague Week 2017’. It’s followed by a workshop with great selection – Modern Agile by Joshua Kerievsky or Creative Storyboarding for Business by Stuart Young. It’s finished by new certification class CAL - Certified Agile Leadership (Scrum Alliance).

The first version of the Agile Prague 2017 program is ready and online. But we are still working on it and we’ll be adding more speakers soon. Check the already confirmed names.

The already confirmed 3 keynote speakers are:

-    Linda Rising will help us to address conflicts,
-    Joshua Kerievsky (Agile Manifesto co-author) will introduce his Modern Agile concept,
-    Johanna Rothman will talk about Agile program management.

Zuzana Sochova

Zuzana has over 11 years of commercial experiences in IT, beginning as a software designer/engineer and moving up into project management, program management, and into executive management at a company provides SW services for international customers (USA, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, …) that operating in mission critical and life critical sectors – i.e. air traffic control management systems, extensive healthcare applications, and public safety systems.

She started with agile and Scrum back in 2005, where I was involved in implementing the agile methods at large US company operating in the medical area. From that time, I was responsible for implementation of agile and Scrum to teams in the Czech Republic operating in different areas of IT industry.

Currently she works as a trainer, consultant and coach for software organizations, support them in tailoring their agile adoption processes to company culture. She is founder of the Czech agile community Agile Association, organizing conferences and events and sharing the agile experience all around. She is regular speaker at international conferences. She is Managing Director of LOTOFIDEA.

Try this exciting game and learn, how to better cooperate in the team and how to handle multiple agile teams within your organization. Be responsible for the product development and make your company profitable. During the game, you will experience the thrill of building the right team, establishing the effective cooperation within the team as well as communication with the customer.

You will practically experience how things can get complicated, when more teams need to cooperate. In a safe environment, you will try and test methods to better organize multiple agile teams, structure them around the product to achieve the company goals. You will experience how small decision or ineffectiveness can lead to customer dissatisfaction and financial loss.

At the end of the increment block, you’ll get a direct feedback from the customer on your final product and also some helpful communication hints & tips; which become very handy in the next part of the game.
