Ola Ellnestam: Fast Feedback Teams

This was a creative demonstration comparing the team's feedback to a shower.

To improve your experience you need to:

  • loop back to better control the system
    The same way you sense water temperature with your hand just below the showerhead, so that you can adjust the temperature properly.
  • decrease the number of processes in order to get faster feedback
    Can you imagine taking shower with a 20-meter hose?
  • involve in double-loop learning
    This means asking two crucial questions:
    - 'Are we doing the thing right?' and also
    - 'Are we doing the right thing?'
    Only then can you be sure you are going the right way...
